Community Partnership Day

We recognize that a significant part of good Corporate Citizenship is to support and encourage our people in their own contributions to local communities. Every Sandoz employee is given the chance to spend one day a year volunteering for a local community project in the annual Novartis Community Partnership Day. In diverse activities, ranging from decorating buildings to organizing children’s art and craft workshops, providing health checks, cleaning streets, delivering food to shelters, visiting hospitals and working with older people and people with physical and mental disabilities, Sandoz employees are able to use their skills, time and enthusiasm to make meaningful contributions to their local communities.
